Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

"I brought an essential gift pack and not sure which to rate lowly, so hitting both items. When I opened the gift pack I expected both the cup and bottle to show the monogram to front, however on the bottle this wasn't possible as the strap and lid covered the monogram. So item is functional however I am disappointed that for a premium product like Frank Green more care isn't take in placement of product on bottle and then in box."

Disappointed
"I purchased the gift set as a present for Christmas. Part of the decision was the beautiful presentation/packaging in the marketing for this set. The bottles turned up around a week and a half later in a dented, dirty cardboard box, packed unsupported with tissue paper. I have contacted support and they have agreed to send out the gift packaging, but would have expected more from a premium brand. I do not believe we should have to get in contact to receive what we paid for, and had if we weren’t running out of time to get the gift away before Christmas, it would have been returned."
