Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. Under the Australian consumer law, frank green will repair, replace or refund (wholly/partially) items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear, has been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.
We have recently introduced a “No Chew Policy” - this means that unfortunately we are unable to replace products that have been chewed on or products that have been destroyed.
To make a claim under the 12 month warranty, you must notify frank green in writing, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic and/or videographic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue. Please note that suction or leaking defects require video evidence. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information.
