Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. Under the Australian consumer law, frank green will repair, replace or refund (wholly/partially) items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear, has been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.
We have recently introduced a “No Chew Policy” - this means that unfortunately we are unable to replace products that have been chewed on or products that have been destroyed.
To make a claim under the 12 month warranty, you must notify frank green in writing, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information.
Since sustainability is kind of our jam, we always try to find the most sustainable solution possible to generate the least amount of waste.
