There's a reason our straw lid is so popular. It comes with a handy strap for carrying on the go, a removable stainless steel straw and clicks shut for no spills while in your bag. It can be mixed and matched with both your ceramic stainless steel or original frank green reusable products and comes with everything you need to use straight away.

Warranty
Our mission is to stop single-use plastic completely. To do this, we only create beautifully-designed, premium reusable products that you'll love to use and reuse, over and over again.
Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.
Returns
We want you to love everything you order but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
You can receive your refund instantly, before you’ve sent back your return.
Please keep in mind that Lucky Bag products, monogrammed products, and limited edition collections are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
