- For best results, place your bottle in direct sunlight for around 30 minutes to help it charge — it’s the most effective way to activate the glow. Indoor light can work too, but results may be softer.
- The glow shines brightest for around 30 minutes, then gradually softens into an afterglow that lasts for hours and hours.
- Our bottles, lids and sippers are made from different materials — and just like our colours, they each glow with their own unique strength. That’s part of the charm.

Warranty
Our mission is to stop single-use plastic completely. To do this, we only create beautifully-designed, premium reusable products that you'll love to use and reuse, over and over again.
Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

We want you to love everything you order but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
You can receive your refund instantly, before you’ve sent back your return.
Please keep in mind that Lucky Bag products, monogrammed products, and limited edition collections are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
