"Purchased these as a birthday gift, arrived like a dog's been at it. Frank Green refused a refund or replacement as cups were intact. Even refused to just to send a replacement box. For $70 I have every right to be disappointed!! Find it hard to believe this was quality checked and damaged in transit. Even if damaged in transit, Frank Green should have insurance to cover as a business. Any other company would be happy to replace. Never again Frank Green!! Shocking after sales service! Unfortunately I cannot post without selecting one star. One star too many."
