Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

"I love the design and the idea of the cup. The way we can put together different colours and have our name on it. BUT the lid is terrible. The button is hard to push (I have arthritis and its not easy for me), and it LEAKS! Either trough the button, or the lead or I don't even know where. Not a good travel cup for hot coffee or tea, I wouldn't buy again or recommend this lid."

Downside of the cup - it does not fit in a standard cup holder. Have tried to use this cup in multiple vehicles and it only fits in an oversize cup holder designed for bigger bottles."

"The cup customised design is beautiful and it doesn’t leak if you fill it according to the max line in the cup. The only negative aspect of it is that I was hoping it wouldn’t smell so strongly after being washed, but overall cleans better than others."
