We want you to love everything you order but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
You can receive your refund instantly, before you’ve sent back your return.
Please keep in mind that Lucky Bag products, monogrammed products, and limited edition collections are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

"Love my new flip straw lid bottle and bottle holder. It is so much easier to drink water whilst walking or in the car. My only complaint is that the personalisation is hidden under the first strap of the holder when it would’ve been perfect if it was between straps. Love my colour combination as well!"
