Care Instructions
To keep the magic going, treat your colour change products with a little extra care:
- Always hand wash with warm, soapy water before and after use
- For best results, use with ice-cold drinks or food (the colder, the better)
- Avoid direct sunlight to protect the colour-change effect over time
- Not suitable for liquids or food hotter than 65°C/150°F
- If using warm liquids or food, use a cloth or glove when handling
- Allow lids and parts to air dry completely before storing

Shipping & Delivery
Allow up to 3 business days for shipping orders to be dispatched. Also note, frank green will cover all import duties and taxes for orders shipped from Australia.
Monogramming may add an additional 1-3 business days to your processing time.

Warranty
Our mission is to stop single-use plastic completely. To do this, we only create beautifully-designed, premium reusable products that you'll love to use and reuse, over and over again.
Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.
Returns
We want you to love everything you order but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
You can receive your refund instantly, before you’ve sent back your return.
Please keep in mind that Lucky Bag products, monogrammed products, and limited edition collections are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
