How to clean smoothie bottles
Cleaning a smoothie cup with a straw is always a cinch: Simply take off the lid and let it soak in a bowl of hot soapy water for about 10 minutes, then rinse. Afterwards, give your bottle or cup a nice, deep clean with some hot water, dish soap and a scrubbing brush.
