Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

There is nothing wrong with
"There is nothing wrong with the bottle, it keeps my water cold when I put ice in it. I do have one thing to say, you have cleaning instructions including the use of a brush to clean the straw, how about you include one in the bottles so that can be done. it can be a bit hard to find a brush that fits the straw. Otherwise i'll buy a bottle that comes with one from somewhere else in the future. Just a thought."
