"The design is nice, but I was disappointed by how much plastic is used—I had expected much less. The cup is also quite difficult to clean, and whenever I try to drink the last bit, it ends up spilling all over me. This has happened several times. Unfortunately, I had the cups personalised, so returning them isn’t an option. If they hadn’t been customised, I definitely would have sent them back."
