We're happy to facilitate a return for new, unused products in original packaging. If you wish to return your frank green product for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is unopened, undamaged and unused. Kindly note, that Lucky Bag products, monogrammed products and limited edition collections are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival. In the case of a change of mind return, shipping costs are not reimbursed and frank green is not responsible for returns until they have been delivered to and inspected by our team. Refunds will be offered in the form of store credit or processed to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your item does not meet the returns criteria.
