Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

"Unfortunately, I can’t say this drink bottle is great. The plastic is very light weight and cannot keep your water cold- it also sweats a lot if you put ice in it. The lid attachment I got with a straw is uncomfortable to drink from because of too many air bubbles, I’ve tried troubleshooting but it’s the hole on top of the lid that is too large and that can’t be fixed :( I would recommend this bottle for water storage, but not on the go drinking"
