"The cup keeps the coffee hot and love the chic design. Not sure about the lid design for the liquid to flow through hole in lid to mouth. Can spill out when the cup is tipped at sharp angle to remove last mouthful. Also if lid is not completely dry - first sip can be cold water! Having said that I do love how it keeps the beverage hot for longer."
