Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

Never a day without this bottle
"This bottle keeps my water & ice cold all day, and sometimes even through to the next morning - quite a feat in the Queensland summer! Love that the ceramic coating means no metallic tasting water. I have used both the straw lid and the flip straw lid over the years - straw lid is much harder to use with long nails, but easier to clean. I prefer the flip straw lid for ease of use, but unfortunately even with regular cleaning the silicone straw on some colours becomes totally black and the lid hull needs replacing (I’ve experienced this with the khaki and mint gelato lids, but oddly never with the blushed lids). I purchased my bottle 5-6 years ago and only just broke the vacuum seal despite many drops and dings over the years. I am overall very satisfied and will be repurchasing."
