Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.
Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

Love the size and the
"Love the size and the ability it has to keep water cold for such a long period of time. It fits perfectly in car cup holder. Not sure I’m a huge fan of the flip and sip lid, it often doesn’t want to pop/flip open easily but nothing that stops me using the drink bottle. I just have to apply pressure to opposite end of the straw and hold the moveable part for straw to pop up. Wish I hadn’t bought two drink bottles with that lid option… and had thought to personalise the lid but I’ll know for future."
